Event 1
3 rounds for time:
Run 400m
21 Kettlebell Swings (Open: 55/35 Pro: 70/55)
12 Pull-Ups (Pro: Chest-2-Bar)

Each run will begin and end at the athlete’s pull-up spot on the rig. Athletes must remain on the track for the entirety of each lap.

Kettlebell swing:
At the top of the swing the kettlebell must be centered over the feet with the hips and knees fully extended, the arms straight and the kettlebell vertical. At the bottom, the wrists must touch the thighs.

This is a standard pull-up. Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are allowed, as long as all the requirements are met. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom. At the top, the chin must break the horizontal plane of the bar.
For the chest-to-bar pull-up the hang position is the same as the regular pull-up (see above). Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are allowed, as long as all the requirements are met. At the top, the chest must clearly come into contact with the bar below the collarbone.

Event 2
Part 1
5 minutes to complete:
30 Calorie Row
30 Lateral Burpees
30 Wall Balls (20/14)

If the athlete finishes all required reps prior to the time limit they may rest for the remainder for the 5 minutes. At the 5 minute mark the 6 minutes for Part 2 will begin, there is no transition time.

Athletes will start on the rower. They must remain on the rower until the display reads 30 calories. The athlete may coast to the required calories, but cannot make an attempt to get off the rower (e.g., unstrapping early or standing up) until they have reached 30 calories. The athlete may adjust the damper setting and foot positions at any time during the row.

Lateral Burpees
Each burpee must be performed parallel to the barbell. The chest and thighs touch the ground at the bottom. You must jump over the barbell from both feet and land on both feet. One-footed jumping or stepping over is not permitted. The next rep will then begin on the opposite side parallel to the barbell.

Wall Balls
In the wall ball shot, the medicine ball must be taken from the bottom of a squat, hip crease below the knee, and thrown to hit the specified target. The center of the ball must hit the target at or above the specified target height. If the ball hits low or does not hit the wall, it is a no rep.

Part 2:
The barbell begins on the ground and must be lifted overhead in one smooth motion. The barbell must come to full lockout overhead with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over the middle of the body. Any variation of a snatch is permitted i.e. squat, power, muscle as long as all other standards are met. Slight pressing out of the bar with the elbows will be allowed. Athletes may begin the event with any weight they would like on the bar (Standard size plates must be on bar for lateral burpees in Part 1).

75 Double Unders
14 Squat Cleans (135/95)
75 Double Unders

Pro Division

7 Squat Cleans (225/155)
100 Double Unders

Double Unders
This is a standard double under in which the rope passes twice for each jump. Only successful jumps are counted, not just attempts.

Squat Clean
In this movement, the barbell goes from ground to chest with the athlete passing through a full squat position while the barbell is racked on the shoulders. The barbell begins on the ground. Touch and go is permitted. No bouncing. The athlete must pass through a full squat with hips below knees. At the top the knees and hips must be full extended.
