What? Come cheer us on during this annual CrossFit competition.

Where? Ascent CrossFit, 455 Thelma Drive, Casper WY.
Why? To compete against fellow Wyoming CrossFitters and deem Wyoming’s fittest gym!!!
Who? Individual CrossFitters from across the state
What? 1st annual Wyoming individual CrossFit competition

Where? CrossFit Frontier hosting, competition grounds pending
Why? To compete against fellow Wyoming CrossFitters and deem Wyoming’s fittest male and female
Who? Put on by Wy State Parks and CFF will have a kids obstacle course present
What? A winter festival that free to parents and kids!
When? Sat, Feb. 23rd, 10:00-3
Where? State Museum Grounds, 2301 Central Ave
Why? To promote outdoor rec and activities for kids
