The 2013 Wyoming Open presented by CrossFit Frontier

With 4 divisions, over 125 competitors and more than $3500 in prize money up for grabs CrossFit Frontier is excited to bring the state of Wyoming the biggest fitness competition it has ever seen!
Registration goes live Wednesday, May 15th at 10am. We will have Pro and Open divisions for both men and women. Pro Men registrations will be limited to 25 and Pro Women to 20. There will be a limit of 50 registrations for Open Men and 40 for Open Women. Depending on demand we may open more slots. Cost of registration is $65.
Divisions
Pro Division – There are no movements that are off limit in the Pro Division. Athletes should ready to lift heavy and perform advanced gymnastics movements. Refer to weight/movement list for more info.
This division is reserved for high level athletes, athletes who finished in the top 150 in their region during the CrossFit Games Open will receive first opportunity to register for the Pro Division. Athletes wanting to register for the Pro Division must email us at ryan.seaberg@yahoo.com to receive a registration code.
Those athletes who wish to compete in the Pro Division but did not finish in the top 150 in their region must register for the Open Division and email asking to be added to the Pro Division wait list. Athletes will be chosen from the wait list based on finish in their region during CrossFit Games Open, i.e. an athlete that finished 155 would be selected over one that finished 160.
Prizes – Pro Division athletes will compete for a $1000 first place prize along with $500 and $250 for second and third places respectfully. Top three finishers will also receive prize packages from our sponsors!
Open Division – The open division is not a “scaled division.” Athletes in this division should be able to perform most workouts as prescribed. Refer to weight/movement list for more info.
Prizes – Open Division athletes will compete for prize packages from our sponsors!
Venue
We’ll have full use of the Laramie County Community College Physical Education facilities! That’s a 22,000 square foot multipurpose gym with an indoor running track, a full size collegiate soccer field, full size pool and men’s and women’s locker room facilities!
